Shipping policy

At Aura Flames, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak or festive seasons, processing may extend to 4–5 business days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation via email.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship Pan-India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote areas & North-East India: 7–10 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or weather conditions.

Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping is available on orders above a certain amount — check our website for the current offer.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to track your order on the courier partner's website.

Failed Deliveries If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the order will be returned after 2–3 attempts. Re-shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch. Refunds are not issued for orders returned due to customer error.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at support@auraflames.in with photos/video. We will arrange a replacement after review.
