Refund policy

At Aura Flames, we take great pride in our handcrafted candles. Each product is carefully made and inspected before dispatch. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

General Policy Due to the handcrafted and perishable nature of our candles, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

Damaged or Defective Products We will offer a replacement or full refund if your product arrives:

  • Damaged or broken during transit
  • With a manufacturing defect
  • As an incorrect item (wrong scent, size, or product)

To raise a claim, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@auraflames.in with your order number and clear photographs or a video of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been lit, burned, or used
  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
  • Gift cards or digital vouchers

Refund Process Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched. Email us at support@auraflames.in with your order number. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
